Due to the surge of exciting things happening this week (including my upcoming trip to Craftcation) I decided to toast myself with a cocktail.
For this cocktail…my recent obsession with Morris Kitchen Grapefruit Hibiscus Cocktail mixers. I picked a bottle up at a recent trip to E. Smith Mercantile in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle. (And if you haven’t visited E. Smith, you must.)
Just mix 1 part mixer, 2 parts soda water, and one part spirits. DELISH! Next up I’m going to try the Pineapple Lime! It sounds like paradise in a bottle. :)
