October craft-spiration
This month is the obligatory month of spooky things, creepy crawlers, and trick-or-treat’ers. It’s a great month for creating costumes that DIY’ers have been planning all year long. It’s also the month where the weather starts to turn, and the leaves start turning a beautiful rainbow of oranges, reds and yellows. Summer salads now turn into Fall Soups to cope with the chill in the air. Keeping these in mind…here are a few things that inspire me this month.
Minimal fall decor
My Fabulous Life has fantastic style. I love her minimal fall decor of pine cones in a modern basket.
Everything pumpkin
These Pumpkin Ice Cream Sandwiches by The TomKat Studio look DIVINE! I think October is a perfect month to bake all things pumpkin!
Treats
How could you not go through October without diving into the treats and goodies? I need to be careful on my intake, but these frightful cupcakes make me want to rethink my diet!
Vintage Halloween
I love the nostalgic aspect of vintage Halloween decorations. They bring me back to childhood and how excited we were about this spooky holiday.
I love vintage Halloween decorations, too. They just remind me of elementary school and candy!
ME TOO! We used to have these tagbord-like cut outs we used to hang up in our windows. I LOVED them. :)
